Chrome Browser Beta Hack

Google recently introduced their Chrome browser in beta mode for Ice Cream Sandwich devices. Unfortunately the browser was not available to everyone and thanks to lenny_kano @ XDA it should now be possible to install this Chrome beta release on more Android ICS devices. Permanent Root for Archos Gen9 101 Tablet

HP TouchPad CyanogenMod 9 Nightly Builds

Little by little CyanogenMod 9 is getting closer to an official release and thanks to eyeballer @ XDA you can now get access to nightly TouchPad CM9 builds. This is not official yet but it’s nice to be able to get updates on a daily basis. Installing these nightly builds can simply be done using ClockworkMod Recovery. Find out more after the break.

MIUI Ice Cream Sandwich ROM for Kindle Fire

lithium76 @ XDA is working on porting to the Kindle Fire the latest version of MIUI which is running Ice Cream Sandwich. For those of you who haven’t tried any MIUI ROMs yet the end user experience is quite different than most ROMs, it is actually a great looking ROM which I recommend.
